Giulia Conte is a passionate and experienced fitness coach based in Ashland, Oregon. With a background as a D1 NCAA athlete and experience ranging from gait analysis to yoga instruction, Giulia brings a holistic approach to fitness that emphasizes the connection between mind, body, and soul. She specializes in awareness-based coaching, helping overwhelmed women reclaim their strength and confidence through sustainable, periodized programs tailored to their unique needs.

As the founder of Giulia Conte Fitness, Giulia works with clients one-on-one, remotely, and in small groups, empowering them to build lasting habits, enhance hypertrophy, improve their performance, and encourage balance in their lives.

Giulia’s expertise is rooted in her commitment to both education and innovation. She offers cutting-edge services like DNA-based program design in collaboration with Genetic Direction, enabling clients to unlock their full potential with training programs as unique as their genetics. Her methodology integrates mindfulness practices, cycle syncing, and body awareness to cultivate a deeper connection to the body while achieving tangible fitness goals.

Outside of her work, Giulia is a dedicated athlete who trains for endurance trail races and HYROX competitions. She balances her personal goals with a deep love of coaching, her Vipassana meditation practice, and a strong commitment to personal growth.
