Hi! I'm Giulia—a former D1 track & cross country athlete turned ISSA Elite Trainer, women's strength coach, trail runner, and HYROX competitor.
After years of chasing performance at the expense of my body and mind, being coached collegiately by male coaching staff who didnt understand the delicate female system... I discovered a more sustainable, holistic and empowering way to train—one that builds muscle, resilience, and confidence without burnout.
